I can start it in safe mode with a new profile, the old profile won’t start in safe mode either so I assume the old profile has become corrupted , but can’t start in normal mode at all. I click the new profile as ‘set as default’ when I open the new profile in safe mode but it doesn’t seem to save, as each time I go back into it I have to tick the box again.

I think I need to set the new profile as default somehow, but I cannot access the mail settings through the control panel, whenever I try to, nothing happens at all, i. This thread is locked.
